In summer, to effectively and reasonably prevent the occurrence of safety accidents during the fireworks and firecracker production of the high-temperature season, according to the requirements Department of Emergency Management and Safety Production Committee, the shutdown regulations implemented by fireworks and firecracker manufacturers in the high-temperature season as follow：

1. Black powder/fuse manufacturers: stop all process operations from 18:00 June 30^th 2022.
2. Firecracker manufacturers: stop mechanical powder charging operations from 18:00 June 27^th 2022 and stop all process operations from 18:00 June 30^th 2022.
3. Fireworks manufacturers: stop the production of pearls whistling and other effect powder from 18:00 June 25^th 2022, stop the powder charging process from 18:00 June 27^th 2022, and stop all process operations from 18:00 June 27^th 2022.

In summary, some of the manufacturers with export production qualifications through the application for approval can be extended production to July 20^th 2022, but all fireworks manufacturers must stop all process operations from 18:00 July 20^th 2022 to 24:00 August 31^st 2022.
