From August 24th to 28th, 2023, the Red Lantern Fireworks Team embarked on a 5-day annual team event. The chosen locations for the event were the renowned natural reserve of Shennongjia and the Three Gorges, allowing team members to experience the grandeur of natural landscapes and the refreshing summer atmosphere. As a leading industry enterprise, Red Lantern Fireworks has consistently strived to provide its employees with a positive working environment and health-oriented team activities. This year’s team event aimed to strengthen teamwork and collaborative capabilities among employees to prepare for future development challenges.

At both locations, the Red Lantern Team engaged in guided tours. In the awe-inspiring Three Gorges, standing on the ship’s deck, participants felt the grandeur of the Yangtze River’s vast waves and experienced the engineering marvel of the world’s water project, the Gezhouba Dam Hydroelectric Station, where “water rises as the ship ascends.” In the Shennongjia jungle adventure, the team journeyed through dense forests, listened to the guide’s explanations, and personally experienced the awe-inspiring craftsmanship of nature while learning about the history of the legendary Emperor Yan (Shennong). Throughout this process, everyone bonded, fostering a harmonious team atmosphere.

Additionally, the event featured cooperative games, interactive exchanges, and sharing of the beautiful scenery. The Red Lantern Fireworks Team’s team event concluded successfully, invigorating the work atmosphere and allowing everyone to transition into work mode with ease, thereby increasing productivity. In the future, Red Lantern Fireworks will continue to organize such team events, working together with team members to progress collectively and embrace the future of development.
